How to order

You can order our products:

 

Via internet with delivery to your place by courier or transport company

Via internet with receipt from our warehouse at 8 KONSTANTINOU PALEIOLOGOU street, 54629 EUKARPIA.

Via phone order at 2310304546. In the case of a phone order, the purchase cannot be made using a credit card.

Online Ordering Process

 

 

Our aim is for you to be able to easily, simply and quickly order the products you have chosen.

 

You have the option to make your purchases as a <<simple visitor>> or to become a member of emonotech.gr, by pressing <<registration>>.

 

After choosing the product you are interested in, press the icon <<to my cart>> in order to buy it. You can repeat the process with as many items as you wish.

 

During the purchase process, there are detailed steps that guide you to set a shipping address, shipping method, shipping costs (if any) and payment method to complete your order.

 

After the registration of your order you will receive an e-mail of successful registration of the order to the email you have indicated to us.

 

You will be informed of the progress of your order at every step by automatic e-mail. We may also contact you by telephone (or e-mail) to confirm your order. If it is not possible to contact you, the order remains pending for one week. If the above period elapses, your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

Shipments of goods are made only within Greece.

 

The order is sent to the address indicated by the customer, in the manner chosen by him. The shipment of the order takes place within 10 (ten) working days at the latest and with the shipping cost for which you have been informed during the purchase process.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, unavailability of the product on the part of our supplier, defective product, etc.) we are unable to deliver the goods within the predetermined time of 10 days from receipt of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, in order for you to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, to complete your order.

 

Product prices

The indicated prices of the products are the final ones (VAT is included). ECOPAL Insulation Systems IKE reserves the right to change the prices listed on emonotech.gr, expressly provided that any price change does not affect orders that have already been completed by the customer and which will be executed at the price that was in effect at the time of completion order.

 

Product Availability

In case of unavailability of the ordered item from our supplier, which will result in an increase in the delivery time, ECOPAL Insulation Systems IKE will notify the customer of the delay in delivery of the item. If it is judged by the customer that the delivery delay makes the transaction unprofitable, then the customer can request the cancellation of the order for that particular item. Existing other items in the given order will be delivered as normal. Excluded is the case of purchase by credit card where it is not possible to deliver part of the total order. For specific products that require a special order due to specific dimensions or present particularities due to availability, volume – weight or high value, the following payment methods will not be eligible: cash on delivery & payment upon receipt from our technical department stores.
